Before the foundation is poured, we design and strategically place a soil gas collection system beneath the foundation. This helps direct radon gas from the soil to the ventilation system in step 3.

Once the foundation and slab are poured, we use high-quality materials to prevent radon from entering through the slab.

Ventilation Design

near the end of the framing stage, we route a vent pipe from our gas collection system through the roof. A quiet, energy-efficient fan (if needed) is added to expel radon safely into the atmosphere.
